In a small bowl, mix all dry ingredients: almond flour, all pecans, baking powder and salt.
In a medium bowl, mix melted butter, swerve, extracts and milk
Add dry ingredients and eggs to the butter mixture and stir until combined into a batter
Pour batter into a well greased loaf pan (Optional: Line your loaf pan with parchment paper first)
Bake at 325 degrees F for 60 minutes, until browned and a "toothpick test" comes out clean.
Slices of this banana bread work great in the toaster and they make amazing French Toast!
