Keto White Pizza Sauce

This 5 ingredient pizza sauce is creamy, garlicy and yummy! You won't believe how easy it is to make.

  1. Let cream cheese rest on the counter for a couple hours to reach room temp, or microwave in 20 second increments until it's soft enough to stir with a spoon.

  2. Add all ingredients to a blender or food processor and blend until sauce is smooth.

  3. No cooking is required, but gently warming in a pot on low heat is acceptable. You can also warm the sauce in the microwave in 20 second increments until desired temp is reached.

    Note: You typically only need to warm the sauce after its been refrigerated. It only needs to be warm enough to spread on your pizza crust.

Note on the Nutrition Information:

An average pizza has 3/4 cup of sauce on it, so this recipe should make enough sauce for 4 pizzas. Most pizzas are cut into 8 slices, so each slice would contain 3/4 of an ounce of sauce. Most people will eat at least 2 slices, so that would mean a serving of this sauce is about an ounce and a half. For the nutritional facts, I rounded the serving size up to 2 ounces to make things easier.
